Please note that limited edition drops and intimate apparel are final sale to maintain the exclusivity and hygiene of our collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is free of any signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
